INSPIRED- Agricultural University of Athens (AUA)
The INSPIRED AUA is part of the PanHellenic consortium “INSPIRED-The National Research Infrastructures on Integrated Structural Biology, Drug Screening Efforts and Drug Target Functional Characterization” (Grant MIS 5002550), which is implemented under the Action “Reinforcement of the Research and Innovation Infrastructure”, funded by the Operational Programme “Competitiveness, Entrepreneurship and Innovation” (Grant NSRF 2014–2020) and co-financed by Greece and the European Union (European Regional Development Fund). The INSPIRED AUA has facilities for X-ray crystal structure determination of biomolecules as well as small molecules. The center is a collaboration between Genetics and Physics Laboratories in the area of Structural Biology.
Service/Technology at INSPIRED-A.U.A
The INSPIRED-A.U.A is part of the Instruct-HL National Instruct Centre in Greece and provides support for the production, purification, biophysical characterization and crystallization of proteins and small molecules. It is accessible to both internal (Instruct-HL) and external research groups.
